Terms of Service

FlickTales ("the Service") provides streaming access to audiobooks and stories. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Subscription and billing

Access to all chapters requires a subscription charged to your mobile phone account through your mobile operator. The price, billing period (for example daily) and renewal terms are displayed on the operator's confirmation page before you subscribe and are repeated in the confirmation message you receive. The first chapter of every book is available without a subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time using the method shown on the operator confirmation page or by logging out of the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no further charges are made after that.

Content

All works offered are in the public domain. English recordings are by LibriVox volunteers; Arabic texts are from Arabic Wikisource and narrated by the Service. Content is for personal, non-commercial listening only.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is". Streaming requires a data connection; data charges from your operator may apply. We may change the catalogue at any time.
